How it works?
1- Once the project is signed off, you are introduced to our customer relationship manager. He will be in touch with you on a regular basis. We reach out to you every month asking about the health of your project.
2- You can contact your relationship manager in relation to any issues or bugs. He/She will make sure that you get quick support from the technical team. We are committed to resolve your issues at the earliest. We respond within 12 hours.
1- Life-time support is applicable to a Fixed Cost Project which is being developed by us from scratch.
2- Life-time support is NOT applicable when any third party developer has changed the code.
3- Life-time support is NOT applicable to any changes made by third party APIs or applications integrated with your application.
4- Life-time support is NOT applicable for software updates.
